Condition of Items: All items must be in new, unused condition with the original Left On Friday tags and hygiene sticker attached. Items damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Fees: If you are returning an item for a refund, a $10 processing fee per order will be deducted from your refund amount. However, exchanges and returns for store credit do not incur this fee.
Initiating Returns/Exchanges: To start a return or exchange, visit their returns page and follow the instructions.
Refund Process: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus the $10 processing fee. It may take 5-7 business days for the warehouse to process your refund once they receive your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
