Mail Returns:

- Package your return item securely and drop it off at a specified FedEx location.
- It may take up to 30 days to process your return and issue a refund or store credit.
Exceptions and Special Conditions:
- Perfume: Must be returned within 30 days for a full refund or within 60 days for an exchange or store credit. The bottle should not be more than 10% used.
- Gift Returns: If you received a gift, visit a Sephora store for an exchange or store credit.
- Holiday Returns: The standard return policy applies during holiday periods, with a 60-day window for returns.

- Restocking Fee: Some returns might be subject to a restocking fee.
